AI accountability coach

Advice is cheap. Following through is the hard part.

Angry Assistant reads the shape of your day, remembers what you said mattered, and emails you before your excuses get organised. The point is simple: make the next useful action hard to ignore.

What useful accountability looks like

A reminder says you have a busy day. A useful coach notices that your calendar has six meetings, your stated priority has no time blocked, and yesterday's promise is still sitting there untouched.

Sees the real day

Calendar context exposes conflicts, commitments, and the focus time you forgot to protect.

Remembers your claims

Goals, prior emails, and your replies give today's advice some memory.

Asks for action

Each email should leave you with a concrete move, not a warm feeling.

Learns from replies

Reply with progress, a correction, or an excuse. Angry uses useful context next time.

The daily loop

  1. 1

    Connect your Calendar

Angry reads it. It cannot change it.

  2. 2

    Give Pry enough context

A short onboarding conversation captures what you are working toward and how you want to be challenged.

  3. 3

    Generate a sample

See whether the product has enough evidence to say something specific before waiting for tomorrow.

  4. 4

    Get the morning email

Angry combines available context into one briefing and sends it at your chosen time.

  5. 5

    Reply or check in

That action closes the accountability loop and gives the next email something real to work with.

Who this suits

Angry Assistant is for someone who already knows the broad direction and responds better to direct accountability than gentle encouragement. You should be comfortable connecting a read-only calendar and receiving blunt feedback based on it.

Skip it if you want a task manager, a therapist, or a cheerful quote generator. The product is intentionally opinionated, and that style will annoy some people.

Questions people ask before connecting a calendar

What does an AI accountability coach do?

It turns your goals and current commitments into a specific prompt to act. Angry Assistant also uses your calendar and coaching history, so the advice can refer to the day you actually have instead of sending a generic motivational quote.

Does Angry Assistant change my calendar?

No. Google Calendar access is read-only. Angry uses it to spot commitments, conflicts, and missing focus time, but it cannot add, edit, or delete events.

Is this therapy or ADHD treatment?

No. Angry Assistant is an accountability product. It does not diagnose or treat ADHD, anxiety, depression, or any other condition.

Will I be charged during the trial?

No. The public launch trial lasts 14 days, requires no credit card, and billing is currently switched off. You will be asked before any paid plan starts.

Give it one real day.

Connect your Calendar, tell Pry what matters, and generate the sample. You will know quickly whether direct, context-aware accountability works for you.
